You don’t make text conversations sexier until you have already had sex or make out at the very least. Texting before that has happened is only for setting up dates. Not to warm up the food. If you warm up the foot, you do it in person and eat it immediately.

Try to video chat with her or at least send voice chats back and forth instead of dry texts. Sexual tension comes mainly from touch. If you aren't physically next to her at least try to incorporate voice tone and facial expressions.
If its purely text it ain't going to cut it unless you already boned her.

You escalate by escalating… twist something she said. Maybe a joke about something that happened when you guys hung out. Spin it into something sexual. Plausible deniability is your friend here.
Thing is it’s way better conveyed in person. You said you’ve seen her twice. Are you sure she’s interested sexually? Or is it more of a friendship?
If you do see her in person again here’s a tip. If she gets physical with you at all. Push. Grab. Any physical contact… you tell her “Hey. Next time I’m charging you. It ain’t free.” She may know what you’re talking about or she might ask what… if she ask you tell her touching. It ain’t free. Next time it’s $x. Helps build some sexual tension in person.

first time I hung out with her she told me I could sleep in her room so I did. Didn’t try anything out of respect for a first time hanging out. But she’s been texting me ever since. Is that a green light ?

Pro tip, this is often, though of course not always, code for "I want to fuck." Women need to be careful around men and subtle in how they express interest, which means that them choosing to be alone with you is a big deal. Obviously calibrate this with how she responds to physical distance and touch, but it's usually a good sign.

Well… you have to understand that woman know that you’re a man and that you want sex lol. It is no secret to them.
If she let you sleep in her room it’s a good or sign. Next time pull up your pants and try something… even if it’s not a home run it will atleast know where you stand.
It’s hard to give advice when you don’t know the whole situation. You could say something like I’m planning on stopping by “x”. (Maybe tonight?) There’s something about you that’s been bugging me and I’ve got to check it out.
Either way your goal is to get back into that room.

You can text imaginary scenarios to her like " What are you right now?"
" Oh you're in bed?"
" Can I join? ".
" Or what are you wearing in bed?" Or
" do you want me cuddle you right now?"
" Do you want to sleep on my arms or chest ?"

Well, from the times that you have hung out with her...what do you feel? What is your intuition tells you? Does she seem to enjoy your company? Does she show enthusiasm when she talks with you? If you have achieve a 3rd date, maybe it's going well.
Just try, if she doesn't want it, then don't do it...Just do it, what matters is you try...you never know what the outcome is..maybe you will be thankful of your present self for this.
