I find myself not that goodlooking but women say different. Why is myself image so bad/low?

Upbringing maybe? Where your parents very picky and overly critical? Do you remember any key moments when you started feeling that way? Did people degrade you a lot as a kid? Where you targeted by a bully?

There's probably hundreds of potential reasons you feel that way man, only a trained therapist can really truly explore this with you.

Another question, how do you judge others looks? Is it as harsh as you are on your self but with others? Because sometimes someone who is overly harsh on others are harsh on themselves.

You’re probably comparing yourself to manipulated photos of models and Hollywood actors and hyperfocusing on minor deviations from the ideal image you’ve been taught to pursue by the people around you.

I’m the same way man, now I’m not extremely good looking but my female friends have said I’m above average. I’ve always thought I was ugly because my old “friends” gave me a lot of shit when I was younger. I was the butt of 99% of the jokes, I’m still working on getting my self esteem back and I basically never approached women from age 17 to now (21 about to turn 22) because my self esteem was so low. But I have started going to the gym and trying to be more sociable with my friends when I’m out and that helps a bit. Your reasoning for your low self worth is probably different from mine but I recommend therapy or some kind of journaling/self-reflection to try and figure it out.
