I think we are all outcome dependent by the nature cause we've always been told to do stuff to reduce the rejection or the potential rejection & that's pathetic .

notice how all the PUAs & dating coaches create content about "how not to get rejected" "how to minimize rejection" & make practitioners think they are doing something wrong to rip their money off ?

start off by being as comfortable & as real as possible ( that's how i got started , i don't know if it's the best way or not ) .

i started going out to meet women wearing cheapest clothes i had ( not bad looking but far away from my best looks ) & stopped using expensive colognes,wearing a lot of accessories & stuff .

another thing is i convinced myself to approach everywhere & every time i see some girl i like ( i fall in love with 5 girls in 5 minutes of walking the streets so i have a lot of opportunities to say hi ) .

-while going to the gym & coming back : when my hair isn't done , i don't smell like perfumes & my style isn't good at all .

-while hanging out with friends & family

-any time of the day wether it's 7 a.m or 11 pm

All that mater is your focus, if your focus is on getting numbers..getting numbers. ofc if you get it it's a success then if you don't it's your fault so simply just shift your focus to the process and not the outcome. If you approach a girl whatever happens it's a success, especially if you're new to cold approach. so measuring success with the process itself and not the outcome will probably solve your problem. You can't control anything or anyone, she might have a bad day, has a bf, broke up with him yesterday, and had an argument before so these influence her without you even knowing it. you might be successful or you got a fuck off that's a part of the game. it's only about your focus and what you find succes

Be proud of the fact that you even had the balls to approach, you’ll always win as long as you approach, even if it doesn’t go the way you want it to, you win…in my experience this helped not care about the outcome.

Best way to become outcome independent is to....not focus on an outcome. Instead of trying to get her to like you or replaying your imagined rejection over and over in your head make it your objective to just get to know her. No expectations, no agendas, just get to know her. You can still be your charming, funny, sexy self, but if you just want to get to know her and not take her to bed, you won't be needy and weird.

How many approaches have you done? Over time it reduces. You progress should be measured by you improvement in interactions and game, rather than the outcome. You just have to be proactive, but in time with more rejection, it gets easier.
