yeah man i've been in your shoes before. Had an ex sucking some dudes off behind my back and the pain stuck around so long that I don't think i'll ever be able to trust someone again. After that ex I was in a 3 year relationship and I honestly never allowed myself to actually love her because of the fear I felt of getting played the same way again. Bud, your writing ability sucks. You need to work on this so you can be a better communicator. It sounds like every problem in your relationship with this girl stemmed from terrible communication. Being a better writer and communicator will help you in your texts, future relationships, meeting women, and your friendships. I would suggest reading Henry Miller “tropic of Capricorn” and “Tropic of Cancer” to start.
