The bus can be fine place depending on how you come across and how the person you are talking feels at that moment.

There is no wrong place to approach, all you have to do is o know when to stop if the conversation isn’t going good or if the person seems like they would rather you stop.

You also need to anticipate yourself to her possible objections, by saying:

“I’m leaving the bus soon, but i gotta tell you something… I know a person approaching in a bus is super random and out of the ordinary, but would you understand it, that if you saw a person with a style like yours, and a vibe like yours, and a smile like yours, that anyone would want to meet that kind of person?”

If she says yes, you proceed to get to know her introduce yourself etc, if she says she would not understand it or any negative reaction, then just be like, “i understand and i respect that, thank you anyways.”

dont. never corner someone. dont take advantage of a captive audience. same reason you dont approach someone working, or someone at the gym.

Approaching at a bus stop is totally fine. It's only weird if you take advantage of the fact that she has to be there and ignore any hints of disinterest. I've met a ton of people, male and female, on the bus.

Well theres really only one. If she is looking inviting (as in she is smiling at you and stealing glances at you) then yeah by all means approach her on the bus. Even if you dont see a girl looking at you you can feel it. If you feel it, go for it.

However this approach: "Oh my god I must approach a girl on the bus because (insert shitty half ass dating advice website) told me that I must approach 20 girls in one day and Im kinda running out of options because I scared away all the pretty women at the park with making uninvited approaches", that approach likely wont work.

Approach because you want to and because you are attracted and because you sense that she is attracted to you. Not because you have to.
