If you're in shape, just wear clothes that fit. They can tell. Nobody needs or wants to see your abs. It'd please more straight guys than it would women.

This one is easy. Simply have pics that show you engaged in physical activity. You can be moderately dressed, fine. But pics of someone rock climbing, running in a race, etc. can build associations of physical fitness without being douchey.
