If she declines over the course of a few days, or she gives you a weird look, you may need to rethink things.

Keep in mind lots of girls are addicted to their phones and genuinely can’t go 10 minutes without picking up their phone.

But make sure she’s not on her phone because she’s bored. Be fun and engaging and if she goes a while without checking her phone then tell her you like her and go for the kill

Easy way to combat this is to tell her to put her phone down. First person to check their phone has to do some sort of act. Back rub. Kiss. Etc.
