You're fine, don't stress "wasting" college. Men have the most value in their 30s and most people here don't even go to college. Besides, a college grad has more value than a student. As for your last relationship, think of it as a learning experience.
For what you should do now: learn game. Go to bars, volunteer, events, whatever you can, and practice. Hang out with college friends, don't let those relationships die. Take up hobbies you enjoy, meet people there. Hit the gym (if you have the money, buy equipment now since covid is likely closing those soon), get some fresh clothes, pay off your debts. It's only over if you let it be over. Otherwise, keep playing.

Dwelling is worse than how you spent those years.
You believe you made a mistake, now learn from it. “Game” is literally just bettering yourself, can’t be confident if you don’t have any reason to be confident. Work out, get a hobby, and simply talk to people. You’ll do fine.

lol.
Your prime is your 30s.
The 20s and below are for learning, making massive amounts of mistakes, and finding yourself. Your big early relationship was just that. Some people I know were married in college and spent their entire 20s with that person only to have it fall apart later on.
You still have many good years and GASP you haven't even reached your prime yet. You'll still look good in your 30s and your experience will allow you to be a better partner, or just a guy who hooks up with attractive women.

All I can recommend to you is the books no more Mr nice guy, and models. You need to change your mindset, it's your biggest problem right now. Start asking yourself "what if it was a gift?" You lost 5 years in a toxic relationship, but was it really a loss? You improved your sex life and experience, you learnt that sex and beauty is not the most important thing to have a good relationship. Maybe the fact that you guys broke was a gift and a new beginning for you. Life is a journey, and your still young, so get out there and improve your life.

Lol not all men get to enjoy the 20s. Most men who aren't as attractive or bright have to figured it out later but still get to enjoy their 30s.

20s is prime for women not men. Your prime is in 30s

I hear the same thing from married men, who go, "I just divorced my wife of 10 years and now I'm single and will be alone forever." Bitch I've been single the whole time you were married, so STFU

If your prime is anywhere near your twenties you have MUCH bigger problems than girl decisions.

I’m in my mid twenties..... Wasted my prime with one girl.
Your college years aren't the prime years. Anything up to the age of 40 can be your prime if you play your cards right.
Honestly, I know a guy in his 50s who has no desire to settle down and is still dating around. He has more fun dating than a lot of people I know who are in their college years.
2
I just realized I missed my prime years in college with dating one girl throughout.
There's a reason why high school and college are often considered the prime years for dating, and the leads to a misunderstanding is to how all of this works.
Those years are often considered prime years for dating is that these circumstances place a lot of people who are in the same age group together in one place, usually for years.
But these conditions can be recreated on our own by looking for various clubs and groups that meet regularly. Social partner dancing or any other interest/hobby groups could fit the bill.
You find a group or groups and then you'll be exposed to new people on a pretty regular basis if you play your cards right.
I've used this to recreate my social circle number of times. I've recommended it for others.
3
Also my game is destroyed because of staying with one girl for about five years… now I’m trying to improve.
This is a valid concern but it's also not the end of the world.
Many of us here have dealt with this kind of situation repeatedly in our lives.

I think the reason I am sometimes successful with those hook ups now is because of my looks and “talent” in bed which women talk to each other cause I have no game.
Let's go over this part:
You main issue appears to be that your confidence has been wrecked by your last relationship. That certainly does affect game but it doesn't permit you from getting the latest you've clearly seen.
