Again when people brand a hang out as a date its gets cloudy , dont make a girl feel like shes getting relationship by labeling it as a date.

I would approach it as what it is, hanging out to know her better and have a nice time. No need to label it as a "potentially sexual encounter". If you feel like you wanna have sex once into the date simply escalate things as a man, not as a lawyer that conveys explicitly the conditions of the meetup.
