Its not abnormal to have sex for the first time at age 20. Why would you be ashamed that you didn't have sex as a teen? Why are you living in the past? The present is the only thing that exists.

I didn't feel shamed at all, but I got over whatever I was feeling by laying a lot of pipe
I just feel a little ashamed that I waited so long to start having sex compared to everyone else and it affects my confidence.
