Yeah, lots of bad here..
30+ minute conversation.. will kill most guys, especially if they're new to game, not much sexual experience etc.
Asking for the kiss - is super Beta and shows lack of confidence.

I stand by everything else though. We vibed well and there was never really a dull moment in the convo. IF she texts me back and that's a big if I'll play my cards better.

Shorter conversation.. for you, newer to game, yes.
The longer you talk, the better chance you have of F ing it up..
Versus, getting in, having a good 2-5 minute conversation, setting up the date, get the number, and bounce.
You should have set up the date.. right then and there in person..
so second half of the story, she's going to be out of town for like two weeks. I made plans and left it on a good note and left her at the bar. My friends then went and invited her back t the table...

I don't think so. I think numbers are useless but I do a very different type of game than more people. I aim for same night pulls. But I also game at Vegas nightclubs so getting numbers of tourist might not be that practical.
I would spend hours with a girl if we're hitting it off. Refer to my field reports.

Exactly my point.. a newbie to game probably won't know how to do it correctly..
So it's better to get the date set up and the number..
So he's guaranteed more time.. on the date.
It's better to get a 1-2 hour date.. because he made the first interaction short and was "good enough"..
VS
Having a 30 minute conversation where there's more chance he'll say something wrong and she'll never meet.

Honestly, even if he had turned that initial meeting into an instant date and walked right next door with her for appetizers at a restaurant down the sidewalk - still no requirement to rush a kiss… though he’d prolly be fine to at least attempt in that scenario.
