It really doesnt matter as long as she wants to fuck. I talked to a chick for 3 hours on the phone (which i do not recommend at all) but we kept it sexual in-between casual conversations. So we might go from talking about food then i might mention cucumbers then that stirs up dirty thoughts and words. And we keep doing that basically until i tell her to come over and get fucked

Yeah. If I'm alone with a girl I escalate right away. There is already natural tension by default and you can screen for receptiveness fairly quickly. Meanwhile if I'm interacting with a group I am in social mode.

If you’re a salesman you’ll recognize the value of scarcity. If she agrees to go out with you again, great. But if she’s being flakey you just tell her to let you know when she’s free to get together and then you go about living your life without her consuming your conscious. What they probably mean is that you should stop making promises and take some action instead. When I was a teenager I used to score phone numbers of beautiful girls but never took them on an actual date because I made way too many excuses, they eventually got tired of waiting. Girls are not like us men, they don't have as much patience when it comes to dating.
Go spend time with her, don't plan an expensive or perfect date, just go out with her, otherwise she will get tired of waiting and when you finally have your luxurious date all planned out she will be already secretly seeing some dude who is faster than you and spends physical time with her.

Not saying that's not a valid excuse.. just keep in mind that the longer you go without flirting, physically escalating, kissing, and having sex, the odds of you seeing her a second date go way down.
Sex is the only way to almost guarantee a second date..
Anything else.. no matter how amazing you think the dates going, she's laughing at all your jokes, doesn't mean anything.
