Yes. Tell her exactly what it is you're looking for, and give her the information she needs to make an informed decision if it's the right fit for her. Anything less is cheap and manipulative.
Don't be ashamed of what you want, but be confident enough to accept that she may walk.

You can’t. Tell her you are not interested in a relationship and move onto someone who wants the same thing as you and save her the heartache. Your post basically sounds like you have no regard for how she feels and all she is is a body to use. That’s not seduction. You could also tell her that you just want to use her and see if she’s onboard for that kind of “relationship”, but based on her previous statements you provided it sounds like she wouldn’t be.

Of course that’s seduction! I don’t particularly condone it, but it’s still seduction. Women use men all the time with no regards to their feelings, it’s part of the war. You should push seduction as much as you can. If she falls for it, her bad. A woman can always keep her legs closed if she’s not getting what she wants. Part of society’s problems is that women are openly encouraged to engage in promiscuous sex. If women are fucking, men will follow suit and fuck without regard for feelings.
