Screw the rules. Send off a text message right away saying something positive, like you are still in that first meeting “I had great fun, hope to do it again some time.” Then she can relax that it wasn’t a ONS and you don’t have a build up to when you or her get in contact again. It will be a lot less tension for when you do.

I did it the day after and she said “thank you yeah it was nice and then she also write her number”
I haven’t send any more message than that. the problem is she is now on vacation and not in the city. And coming back Thursday and then she travel one week more after 2 days when she’s back. Should I wait until her vacation is over and she’s back to normal

A cool thing to do would be to have a “pic of the day” as you are apart. I did that when I was away with a guy. It was a cute way to keep in touch but not endlessly be in touch. Just short check in’s.

We both send a pic of the day. You can suggest it and start with a pic. Something normal/cute/entertaining.

I've ran into some situations where I've met up with a girl, had a great date, and then she went on a long vacation (at least a week). I exchanged some messages with them while they were gone, but then we never met up again. Not saying this to discourage you, but rather to point out you may need to keep her interested in you somehow while she is gone.

Good - A call back to date for some topic or inside joke OK - Something of interest to share (music you both like, movie, new streaming show, etc) Bad - How's your vacation going? (But it's better than not texting -- better to be asked in a more fun way that that)

Good points, haha I was actually thinking to text how’s your vacation going, but now I can skip it.
Is this good? “Hey I found a really good place to tryout wines, you would like it, so we could try when once you are back”
Or we both had some to do list to check of places like restaurants, bars and etc. maybe this one is better and write like “I have place written down in my list and I don’t think you u have been there so let’s try it when u are back”

Yeah, I mean if you talked about what she was going to be doing or she's going to a cool place you can ask a specific question, but the generic "how's your" tends to lead to boring convos.
Those are great, if you can get here to meet up between her trips even better.

She replied me today after couple of days with this message: “ Hey! Everything is fine here! Thanks for last, but I feel that there will be no restaurant visits for us in the future. Good luck on tinder & take care of yourself!”

UPDATE: I texted her last Monday and today I got answer from her regarding the to do list suggestions I had on my to do list.
She answered with this message;
What hell does this mean? I just met her once and we where out a took a drink then we went back to my place. And then the day after I thanked for coming over. And then asked for her number and then I got and then I send a message about to do list now I got this message from her
