Listen boss i’m 19 too, you gotta change your lifestyle man. Start going to the gym immediately and change your diet. Clearly you have a lack of confidence and the reality is, if you can’t look at yourself in the mirror and choose yourself, how are these females gonna choose you? Gotta change for the better.

You can’t change your height but you can definitely change our weight. Work out and build a physique that makes you more attractive.

Dating apps are low percentage game. You might get some dates here or there but it doesn’t lead to much for most men.

Attention won’t make you happier. Trust me. The novelty wears off as with anything that’s external. You can have heaps of girls give you attention but if you don’t like who you are it won’t mean a thing. But sure it is nice to know.

Getting attention from girls isn’t rocket science. All you have to do is groom yourself well. Find a style that suits you. Walk bold and act like the man and there you have it.

Getting matches is what "getting attention from women" is. You won't get more. Then you gotta be a man of value so to get dates from these women. How to get value? Get your life plans together. Be self-sufficient emotionally, confident, calm, funny in all topics, but cool when talking about sex. Look for advice on YT. Shyness and lack of confidence are extremely unattractive to women.

Ofc it is possible to get more attention. Get fit, dress well, be a fun person to be around with.

Make sure you make first things first..school, health, relationships.

When you have all your school work done go out and take a class where women are. Pottery, salsa, yoga etc etc.

Cold approach is the only way to do it. It's intimidating, but it'll bring you results if you try enough.

Getting in shape will help bring the ratio of approach/lay up.

Change your style. Go to r/malehairadvice and r/malefashionadvice & make yourself look like Zac Efron or whatever good-looking guy women fawn over, that you feel like you are close to looking like. Then, adopt an air of confidence, talk to women like normal people, be used to being around them. Have hobbies, a nice job with some money preferably, a passion, a view on life. Then, go to some bars, or some places where young people congregate (clubs, seminars, parties, or college if you’re there), practice approaching women, and then you’re basically there. Good luck.
