Yes. It is almost entirely a personality trait.
A hot dumb guy is not as attractive as a self aware, not self deprecating*, average looking smart guy.
People who have too much privilege in our shallow world often times lack the personal depth to see other world views.
Phrased another way.
Attractiveness comes from understanding both the beautiful and the ugly in the world.
By encompassing this duality we begin to see the possibility of making everything more.

Honestly? Good looks are like 80% of it when it comes to someone being sexually attracted to you. If a girl thinks you are not remotely good looking (in her opinion) then no matter how you stand and what you say, it ain't gonna happen!
But if she thinks you are good looking, then certainly things like mannerisms and what you say etc (game) can amplify that attraction

Seconded, looks are the "first round". Your personality only comes to the play on the later rounds, but it doesn't make a difference if you already got disqualified/rejected on the first.

You have no idea how wrong you are here

If i'm wrong, i'm wrong, but I really don't think so.
I am not saying this as some bitter incel, by the way.
I believe in game. I love it. I've done OK with girls (Nearly all lays being from cold approach too!) and i've even banged a few who are out of my league, but I still think her finding you good looking is by far the most important thing. I've used every trick in the PUA world and have read a ridiculous number of PUA books etc and so I doubt there's much that I'm unnaware of, and have never came close to 'converting' a girl who thought I was ugly or whatever and thus rejected me fast or ignored me etc. Never seen anyone maange to do it in real life or even in a frigging INFIELD with supposed 'experts'!! lol (they only ever get 'yes' girls and 'maybe girls' who make that decision almost instantly) That's a major warning sign. I'm willing to concede that maybe it was a bit different back in the pre tinder days etc, though....possibly

This is the thing, what makes her find you good looking? This depends on every girls personal perception, and it is, unfortunately, not as easy as saying "get ripped" or "wear this shirt". If you look into the underlying psychology you will find that perception is disconnected from reality in some sense. For instance: There are/were cultures where being fat is a sign of being wealthy, and therefore it was attractive. Looking back into the early 21st century, you will find that the attractive girls were mostly those who had a few pounds "too much", then it switched over to girls having to be super slim, to girls suddenly being hot if they have a fat ass and so on.
A lot of this is of course steered by the media who are manipulating us into changing our perception of what is attractive and what is not.

I agree with you 100%, you have made an observation which is probably 100% true, but you came to the wrong conclusions. Sure, being super handsome is easy mode switched on, but no matter hot handsome you are, if you have bad body language you will be perceived worse than you actually want to be. As to why you got rejected is pretty simple: You were not what she was looking for, plain and simple. Now, what could you have done differently? Probably nothing. Your physical features are for the most part unchangeable, or if they are, then with a lot of cosmetic surgery, but then you will not be what other women look for. You see the problem here?

Totally true. In all those infield videos they only show the small percentage of cases which were successful, in reality you will never in a trillion year, be what every girl wants. It is simply not possible. Still you can come pretty close to it by using a lot of psychological tricks. Look at girls going crazy about boybands, or actors, or singers or what have you. Why is that? The easy explanation is: Perception.
What makes an actor different from you in terms of attractiveness? He is famous, he portrays certain characters, in a movie that is done well, there are a lot of scenes where you feel with this character and connect to it. Same goes for singers. They transport emotions to the listener. They are also in demand by a lot of people, so they must be valuable. They use a lot of styling and makeup to look extremely perfect. Then you have the as I would call it "filling the vacuum" effect where the girl is attributing some traits to a celebrity she would find attractive in a man, and hence the lack of actual knowledge about this person (which is represented by the vacuum) they fill this with their expectations.
My point is that looks are strongly perception based, and you can make yourself being perceived as a super sexy "bad boy" by dressing in certain way, holding your body in certain way, talking a certain way and so on. So if you actually take into consideration that behavior is a gigantic part in "looks" you are on the right track. Last but not least I will tell you a little story i experienced: There was a girl I was working in the same building, but different companies with. I was in my early 30´s , not looking too great, having a dad bod, shaving my head because of hair loss, and I grew a beard. I like to dress "brutal" since I think it underlines my overall body frame and movement. I would never consider myself looking great or even slightly handsome.
So I see this girl, and damn she was hot as hell, when I go outside for my cigarette break. She always smiles, I smile back and then continue doing my own thing. A few weeks go by, and I approach her one evening after work. She is very excited and we start to talk. Funnny thing was when we talk about music taste, she thought I must have been into really aggressive music like "grindcore","death metal" etc. and she was almost shocked when I said I love chillout music, and sometimes Rap (so much for perception). Turns out she is married, but down for lunch the next day. I feel theres a connection, and do my magic. At one point shes shying away, and I say to her "Girl, don´t worry about your man. He´ll never know of me, and I know you are totally attracted to me". You know what she says? "Damn... I do feel such strong attraction towards you, but I have no Idea why"... Remember! I am far from being handsome, but I make people constantly perceive me as a rough, strong and brutal guy (something like a biker). I am often being mistaken for a bouncer when I am in a bar or club.
I could go on for hours explaining every little detail, but you see it´s getting long already. I hope you get my point by now. Always keep in mind that you are the one in control of how others perceive you, by acting/dressing in a certain way.
