If she constantly makes excuses not to hang she probably doesn't want to and you should move on. Or simply put tell her make time because you aren't waiting on her

Nah, if a girl is busy she means she doesn't want to spend time with you. A girl is never busy when she likes you.

Ok, girls have lives also and can't always drop what they're doing to see you last minute. Ask her what days she's free over the week to meet up. If she gives you several options then simply pick one and offer to pick her up or have her meet you there. Set a definite date, time, and location. Do it at night, do it alone, do something active. I recommend you do mini golf then go to a bar/restaurant close to one of your houses. Don't tell her all your plans fir the night. And limit texting to setting dates.

If she's hesitant or busy all week don't make any plans and simply say you guys can do something another week. Try again a week later, if same result move on to next girl.
