First, have confidence. Swagger. A sense that you're absolutely worthwhile and that she should be working to earn your attention.

Second, have shit to offer. Knowledge, talents, skills. Be able to cook, dance, speak foreign languages, fix a car, replace an electric socket, repair a toilet, etc.

After that, be generally well kept. In shape, decently dressed, clean, groomed, and on the whole just not off-putting.

Physically, exercise and nutrition help. You don't need to be muscle bound, just slim and toned.

Mentally, confidence and social status. They usually go hand in hand. High social status indicates that you have social skills, connections, and resources. This is attractive, but the ambition and ability to acquire these things is what is really attractive. You don't need to have a great life, just need to be on your way to having a great life.

Clothing, shoes (women pay attention to our shoes ,who knew), keeping your body in shape (not necessarily ripped muscular), how you walk, general confidence in yourself, grooming/hair/skin. Be friendly, mature and knowledgeable.
