A high value person would know what a busy life is like and would understand when something comes up.
Look, she suggested another time. That means she's interested. If you want to force a high-value frame you can pretend to be busy on Monday so that you choose the date. But that will probably be counterproductive and she might flake.
Just meet on Monday instead.
