People who allow themselves to be doormats are also usually the smiley type (showing teeth to show that they are nice). This means that they smile a lot when saying "no" and the manipulator sees an opening to push.
A good strategy is for them to train themselves to say no with a neutral face and offer no explanations for their answer to shut the door to negotiations.

Your explanation here goes with something I heard a while ago, that showing ones teeth was a sing of weakness. However, smiling is a sing of happiness, and friendship. Is there a difference between the two? How can someone know when is weakness and when is friendly?

Smiling is great but overdoing it when it is uncalled for is not that great. For example, when having fun with friends, you can, but when setting boundaries, don't smile.

You teach people how to treat you. If you allow it, that’s just as much as your fault as it is theirs.

I’d like to learn more about setting healthy boundaries. Is there a book or place you recommend to learn how?

I have published an e-book about this topic a few months ago. If you are interested, send me a DM.
Other books I highly recommend are:

Thanks! I’ve sent you a DM and I’m going to do some research on each of those books to see which one corresponds to my needs the most.

Also a book aptly named Boundaries: When to Say Yes, How to Say No to Take Control of Your Life by Henry Cloud and John Townsend.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Boundaries-Cloud-Townsend-dp-0310351804/dp/0310351804/ref=dp_ob_title_bk
This book has many examples about how to set boundaries at work, home, with friends, with family, your spouse, children, yourself, etc.

Would also recommend No More Mr. Nice Guy. I believe it has a section on that. Also just a good self-help book all around- helped me realize some areas I needed to improve in

man,for a moment,I saw the present me in your post.My so called best friend only used me to either increase his view about himself by continuously looking down on me by use of sarcasm or trying to get no of girls am talking to.I know am not a chad/alpha or smooth talker to girls. But,he always tries to rub this in my face by showing his chats with them.

I think perhaps the " View yourself as equal to everyone else." statement psychology wise is a little off. You should really say to not compare yourself to anyone else. You do not have to resolve if you are equal or not. The overriding objective is to dismiss the need to compare. The realization is that you are unique, comparison is meaningless. This is the mindset.

Learn to pick your battles wisely. Sometimes its best to stay silent and walk away. If you have no chance as its what it sounds like you're saying then (referring to OP's post) pack your bags and leave. That's easier said than done so I don't blame u if u can't (plus covid if that concerns u).
TL; DR: Don't fight uphill battles. Silence is golden

I have a problem with people who trick me. Like some people deceive me such as:
Me: Hey long time no see, whats up? Him/her: Nothing, just came from work Me: oh cool, where do you work at? Him/her: at new york at my dads company
Later on i realized we are in alaska. Like he/she said he just came from work in NY. Get the point?
Like i have no problem saying no and other stuff the OP wrote about.. But the deeper things such as not aware of the bigger picture.
Example 2:
Me meeting a girl at a balcony at a bar. We hit up conversation and everything goes smoothly. Eventually we want more drinks and we go order them. I never buy drinks to anyone and expect themselves to buy themselves. So eventually she orders a drink to herself but and pays with cash. So eventually it's my turn to order and the cashier says 7.50 bucks. My beer is usually 6.50. I didn't realize i was cheated at all, until i realized the bartender and the woman are friends ( she told me). See how cunningly people deceive me? I have no idea how people can just see me and take advantage off. The problem is the cunning deceiving. People tell shit to my face but it takes me time to realize it. I'm so naive. I'm that '' really? '' type of guy.
:(
