ok man I can feel you I have been in this situation before. But this is life man, you gotta move forward in life. Trust me you will find a better girl than her. Don't think that because of this breakup that she doesn't feel bad about it. Trust me she had her fair share of those shitty feelings as well. Look just work on yourself and increase your standards and show her that you are way more worth of having her than her new boyfriend. Trust me once she sees the new version of you she'll be starting to consider her decision.

Quick life lesson my friend, search for situation that make you uncomfortable. Your ex makes you feel comfortable or safe. That’s why you went back to her. Put yourself out there and get a little uncomfortable. That’s when you grow. Set some goals for yourself and chase them religiously. Learn new hobbies.
