Lifestyle adjustment is the answer. It's a long road possibly ahead of you, but to go from being depressed and introverted to not depressed and extroverted is the mission. It'll do wonders for you in more ways than seduction.

Recovered from deep teenage depression, introversion, and awkwardness in 2007 --> fratstar in college with tremendous success --> transitioning to professional life with tons of confidence, social skills, friends, etc. You can do it too. Getting yourself to believe is half the battle.

No, it won't be you as you know yourself now. It will be a better happier you. I've had the same feelings, except that I convinced myself that I was an introvert while I was actually an extrovert (entp) without friends. That's also one of the reasons why I was feeling depressed. Maybe it's the same for you.

You should really look into the reason why you're depressed.

If you lie to yourself enough, eventually you'll believe it. Hence, you should quit lying to yourself about your beta-ness and just start telling yourself and everyone about your alpha-ness.

You can get away with being quiet and reserved (and yes, even beta) as long as you're self-confident and observant. Be acutely aware of other peoples' emotions at all times and act accordingly, don't just be some oblivious dufus who can't read body language to save his life.

I'm still waiting on Tyler to do a video about 'broken man game', apparently it's possible. In the video where he promised to show us how to pick up with minimal socialising, he ended up telling us to kill ourselves. I want dark newbie game damn it.

I have the same problem. I'm a natural born beta. Just being me doesn't create attraction/girls don't like who I am. No idea how to fix this without just pretending I'm someone else (which is just incredibly incrongruent, and usually only works online because when I talk to people in person it takes me a while to filter what I would usually say, and try to come up with something else which makes me seem boring as I usually can't think fast enough before the conversation moves someplace else.
