So I met a 19 F in Cambodia by main river. I didn’t think she was a sex worker, since she was sitting behind merchant tents. Anyway, within 30 minutes, we’re back in my hotel. Things escalate quickly, and right before we had sex, I asked her if she’s a sex worker. She says no. So, I phrase it differently, “Is this free?” “I don’t know what you mean,” she says. I’m worried there’s a cost, but she’s kissing all over me and I give in.

Afterwards, she says she’s hungry for a meal. I think nothing of it. But then she starts asking for weird shit. “Can you let me borrow your phone to take photos of my house?” “Can you give me $15 to play an app on my phone?” I reject all these request which really kills the mood.

We go outside, and I know this cheap Cambodian place that’s $5 for a good meal. Instead, she points to a mini-mart and I’m thinking ok this is cheaper.

Turns out she wanted $21 worth of non-perishable foods. This is the first time I’ve been in this situation and I can’t escape my ego. Yet, $21 is way out of my budget. So when the cashier rings it up, I remove one item to make it less expensive. Still, the new price of $17 is too much—but I can’t say no. It’s my ego.

We leave and I’m under the impression she’s going to microwave the stuff upstairs. Nooo, she says she’s going home. Fml.

We go our separate ways, and I couldn’t believe I let myself pay $17. I didn’t want to disappoint her. I’d hope for a second round.

I guess this is simping, isn’t it?
