Find something in common with that person in your given setting. "This bus driver sure is taking his damn time," or "if it gets any more humid I'll need a snorkel."

It might sound ridiculous, but all you need to do is make an impression and let her hit the ball back to you.

Also, try to stick to positive things (unless she doesn't look like she's having a great day), like "have you tried these truffles?!" or "It's such a nice day, I might walk if this bus never shows up" The weather is often a boring convo starter, but it's not off-limits

Street This is totally out of line, but that jacket is awesome. Hypothetically speaking, let's say... someday I trick a girl into falling madly in love with me, and I want to creepily dress her just like the random girl I saw on the street in 2015, where would I go to get that jacket?
