To take your game to the next level then yes, you have to start going for the pull.

I propose you take a limited time period (like 1-2 months) where you’re not allowed to take a single number while out, either go for the close that night or lose her.

This will force you to learn how to pull.

What has helped me is setting up the date there. If I decide the pull can't happen I'll ask her hee schedule for the week. Or say something like Tuesday let's do x does that work for you. If not just suggest another day ask her what her schedules like for the week. Don't just make and then get her number and ok bye. Make plans in person that way the text is just confirming your plans.

Honestly, it's not hard to encounter some girls who just want to misbehave a little with guys they aren't necessarily that interested in, before running off with their friends.

If you detailed what the interactions are actually like, that would be something, but honestly, it sounds like you're basically failing to make a real impact or connection that would even motivate her to want to see you again.

This will not be fixed by simply trying to pull instead of getting a phone number. The issue is lack of connection or real impact. This leads to flakes AND leads to her saying no when you try to pull.

Unless you detailed an example encounter from beginning to end, it would be hard to say exactly how or why things are going wrong here.

And NO, it is not some guarantee that she will be getting fucked by somebody every time she goes out. Girls have the same issues as guys do, just inverted.

Guys have the power to choose who to approach, but face more rejection.
Girls have the power to pick from those who approach them, but can only pick from those who happen to approach them.

This environment leads to guys losing out when they get rejected, and women losing out when they aren't interested in the guys who happen to be approaching. Simply because they don't have to do the work of approaching, doesn't mean they are guaranteed to like the guys they have to choose from on a given night.

Again, it's not about whether getting a phone number or pulling is the best option. The issue is that you're not connecting so the phone numbers you get are crap and pulling at that first meeting isn't even going to be an option.

Ok perfect! Pulling to hers is very possible, make sure to screen first for girls with good to ok logistics and then follow her home.
