Ofc it really sucks to loose a good friend, but I gotta say, reacting with “I wouldn’t be your friend or even talk to you if you tried anything” is not how good friends deal with this (obviously complicated) situation.
I only know the little I do from what you wrote here, but this is my gut feeling: If you really want her to show you some attention, it’s gonna come when you moved on and she’s jealous. But you should NEVER “move on” with this as a goal in mind. I thing you should stop thinking about this girl. You’re young, working on yourself should be your first priority. When it is, the girls just come. You won’t believe it until it happens, but it will. And this girl will probably give you a call too. But please remember this if she does:
I really don’t think she’s worth it, with how she’s been playing with you. That’s not what you want in a relationship. Find somebody you can and do trust, without that it all goes to hell. Trust me on that.

I know it's just hard, I been thinking about her all day and I have other girls in my life. It's just something about her. I know you guys are right about her not being interested it's just when we are together and I hold her or when she tells me she loves me, I just fall for her all over again. Should I at least let her know that this isn't healthy because i've develop feelings for her and let's keep our distance.
She text me again about doing a weekend get away but I didn't respond and also man thank you for giving honest advice and not giving me shit for expressing how much I like a girl.

The next time you inevitably talk to her and she asks why you haven’t responded much you could say exactly that you have developed feelings for her, and since she made it clear that she didn’t want to be intimate with you ya felt as though it wouldn’t be right to stay friends with her right now. Maybe a bit later

She's not interested. You could try to start acting sexual (as friends) to see where it leads. Think back massages, side massages, front massages, outer massages, inner massages. If you're touching and holding hands, just keep ramping it up. Only hang out with her in situations where you can make that sort of thing happen, and if you can't keep escalating cut your losses.
Honestly probably best to cut your losses, like /u/ortsnom is saying. It's (maybe) possible to turn this around, but you'll need strong inner game, and you might be better off starting fresh with new girls. Maybe meet some girls at your next modelling gig?
