This post/comment has been removed because it violates Rule #5: The topic is too broad, has been covered a lot already, or involves the assumption overly limited by race, age, physical limitations/appearance, and/or other inborn external qualities.
Put in some reading & work before asking questions that have been addressed, like: * How do I approach? * How do I get a number? * How do I talk to girls at college? * How/When do I kiss a girl? * Does this really work?
As for the last one, it is an answered question. There have been many posts on physical limitations over the years, including this one. No need to re-ask it.

A professional therapist worth their salt will not degrade you for the reasons why you’re feeling depressed.
At least for immediate help, please reach out to a hotline or a chat. They can give you tips on who to call & make a plan.
Does your campus offer counseling?

What's really interesting about therapy is that you think you're depressed because you can't get into a relationship, but in reality there's quite a lot more to your story and emotions that a therapist can help you unbox, understand about yourself, and move forward. They can help word your thoughts. Check out HealthygamerGG you might find some useful content there.

I haven’t had any luck with therapy at all tbh. But that could be because I need meds. Everyone’s experience is different. You should definitely give it a try

Yes it works but you still have to put in the work. They can help frame things and help you see things differently. Most college campus have free therapy or counseling resources. I haven't met anyone that say they regret taking therapy. Though it might require you to search for the right one that compatible to your personality. Having a good social support group is also good.
Group support like Dharma recovery and 12 steps program can be helpful as well. They are free to attend (now mostly on zoom). Dharma is buddish based and 12 steps is christian based for overcoming addiction, anxiety, depression or bad habits.

If you have serious mental issues, then a seduction forum is not the answer and you should seek professional help.

First of all, look at the Suicide Hotline in your country first and foremost. Please. Second, I highly recommend this self-help module which can get you started on the right track: MoodGym.com.au

Yes! Therapy can work. Sometimes people have a mismatch with the therapist or with the type of therapy so don’t give up if you need to try a few therapists/modalities.
Some people need combo therapy and meds. So they see a psychiatrist for meds and a counselor/therapist for talk therapy/Cognitive Behavior therapy or what have you.
Also some people need to just live a healthier lifestyle- regular sleep schedule, exercise, sunlight, nature time, etc.
So you are not the only person to Have your issues and others have improved with some combo of therapy/self care and or meds.
