there are actually a few of these out there, as mentioned already neil straus' 30 day challenge (which is free), simple 30 by simple pickup (400 dollars), which ive personally completed (paid 200 as part of the initial picking process, where i got instant feedback from the guys), and im sure there are a few others.. Im not gonna write any of the challenges, but my personal review of simple 30 was that it deffinately got me off my ass and start approaching. I had done two approaches before i started that 30 day challenge, and in those 30 days i ended up losing count of how many i did. first id say 10 days was pure hell for me cause it was awkward as fuck doing the challenges, but i pushed through it and from id say beginning of day 7 it started getting easier and easier to the point where it became fun. The challenges are definitely built to put you outside your comfort zone, and others are built to increase outer game skills like eye contact and down talking. They provide videos with them personally doing the challenges, so you have kind of an outline of how to pull it off yourself if you dont have an idea on where to start.

That sounds like a great plan. You might even try making your own challenge and documenting the results. Then, you can share it with us all with your thoughts on what you did that worked and why. Don't play by someone else's rules, make your own.
