That's a great point, and I agree, but it implies at f-closing is the intended goal.

I remember some pickup artist determined over a large sample of situations that f-closing the girl on the first meeting tends to sabatage having a relationship with her. The first problem is you get framed and stored into the "what happens in Vegas" part of her brain, and there you stay.

Another disadvantage is the massive drop in hormones that occurs. The girl in question usually has a whole month of desire and attraction hormones built up, and so when it's released, the next time you talk to her, she won't have that feeling anymore, and she didn't spend enough time with you to have developed any other type of bond with you. Awkward

Any thoughts on this theory, and the value of milking the girl's pent-up attraction across a couple of dates in order to have a chance to bond with her instead of releasing it immediately? Because afterward, when she has no more hormones making her attracted to you, the resulting awkwardness is usually enough to ruin any chance of relationship.

Waiting till the second date seems to make a world of difference with the situations I've been in. Anyone else noticed a trend either way?

Yes, planning for any eventuality is very important. Having a place and a way to get her there is most important, followed by having the necessary supplies you need to have on hand for a long-lasting night of safe sex.

It may seem silly to pack all that stuff up beforehand, but you'll thank yourself later.

Also many failures occur because guys don't screen women for logistics early enough. If she has to get home early because she has to work in the morning, or if she has to drive her girlfriends home, your logistics are screwed. Result: heavy opportunity cost. You spent hours with a set that is going nowhere (literally) when you could have found another set that has real potential.
