Here is a conversation about a girl giving a guy a shit test:

"An interesting shit test... She’s out of town for a few weeks. She proposed that I not kiss anybody until she returns."

The way I see it, she SET A FRAME in the initial conversation. The frame is that she has some say in his behavior. She got control of him then/there, as he didn't reframe that suggestion. She is also signalling that she is going to be jealous and/or controlling in the future.

She then followed up via text:

HER: Have you kissed someone?

PLAYER: It wouldn’t make a difference considering you know you’re my favorite

As for his response... I don't like it. If I was tested like that, a better response might be something like this:

GIRL: Have you kissed someone?

PLAYER: Don’t be boring

PLAYER: Hey... if you were to go on a vacation, would you go to a warm place? Or a cold place?**

That is a β€œpush” against her bad behavior. That would be some negative feedback (signaling that you don’t like that kind of question), and then... immediately distract her with something β€œflashy” and fun.

There is more discussion and examples in that post.
