I mean the guys who've heard somewhere or seen on TV a PUA trick and are trying to pull the same all the time. Typically it's negging.

One example I met a few nights ago at a local club. It was a British guy claiming to have served in Iraq. He kept insulting ladies at the club thinking he was negging. Comments like 'Your English is terrible but who cares because you're pretty'. Besides being extremely annoying, I happened to know some of the ladies and they were really hurt. I can imagine this guy's 'negging' might've worked occasionally which probably encouraged him keep going.

Anyway, have you had similar experiences and how did you handle them?
