A lot of the tips and philosophy that I see in the sidebar and books and in the discussion here focuses on how to increase your overall success rate with women. Following these tips will lead to fewer rejections on average than doing something else. That's all well and good, shaving odds certainly has it's place and for some purposes it's the best thing you could do.

One of the primary topics I keep seeing repeated is outcome independence. Don't care about how any one particular interaction plays out, your aloofness makes you attractive and this boosts average success rate. It goes hand in hand with the idea of not fixating on any one woman because that increases her value relative to your own. Don't change yourself to get one particular girl, that shows investment which turns her off. Tailor yourself to a demographic.

This philosophy works fine if your objective is to get more girls on average and it doesn't matter which ones, but what if you need to seduce a particular woman? Let's say she's an heiress or your boss or you hate her boyfriend or whatever. For some valid reason (not just simple infatuation but for some pragmatic reason), you aren't after 10% of 1000 women, your sample size has narrowed to a single woman. What changes? How can you change your style of approach and tailor your character to appeal to your target without betraying your elevated investment in her response? Should you?
