You have to get her comfortable to your touch first. Things like sitting next to one-another with your shoulders/legs touching. If she's not comfortable with that then she certainly isn't ready for the kiss.

If you have sufficient comfort then turn to face her, look her in the eye when you talk to her and then glance - just for a second - down at her lips and then back up to her eye. If she smiles, looks at your lips or leans in then you can lean in. I always tend to stop right before I reach her lips and let her lean in to do the rest.

You need to create sexual vibe.

1) You can’t kiss anyone from a distance, unless it’s air kiss. Lol. So you have to be at proximity to kiss. The closer the better. You can literally be and talk with her few inches from the lips without actually kissing her. If you are not at this proximity then

a) you didn’t make it happen. You didn’t find a reason to be close to her, you are a afraid, nervous etc. So just get your shit together and go closer to her. Improvise “do you know how this muscle on your neck is called in Latin?” “Can I see your earrings”, “OMG, you have two freckles” , “come closer, I want to show you some pictures on my phone” etc.

b) you did it but she didn’t comply and moved away, it means she is not ready to be close to you, and definitely not for a kiss, just give more time.

2) slow down all your movements, hands, breathing, slow down your talking. The slower the better. Due to body mirroring, if you have strong frame, she will follow you and will do the same. You can do it by talking, more serious and sexual topics “your first, or her kiss”, etc

3) prepare her for a kiss, go even more closer face to face, face to neck, talk even more slower, while looking into her lips, don’t look into eyes.

4) stop talking and go for a kiss.
