The secret is escalation of kino and flirting.

You meet a girl that you are interested in, if you just make conversation, you signal that you just want conversation.

BUT, if at some point in time your intention is to want to find yourself naked in the same room with this girl doing some horizontal cardio... well, science states that it's impossible to go from just talking to nakedness without some escalation of some kind, therefore do a graph: on the left bottom side there's you and her shaking hands (socially acceptable touching between semi-strangers), on the top right side there's penetration (the ultimate form of touching), draw a line and you'll see that it's a uphill slope, it starts with light touching... escalates to more touching... etc.. that's kino for you.

Also use the beginner tactic by asking "Would you like to kiss me". If she says no, then say "i didn't say you could" continue escalating and try again later. If she doesn't say anything or says "uh, um, etc" Kiss her, If she says yes, Kiss her. Credit to mystery for that one.

The biggest tip I could give on escalating is to ALWAYS BE DOING IT. From the moment you say "Hi, I'm Cirsca" to the moment you try to put your penis inside her, be pushing physical boundaries. It's hard to go from ice to fire in terms of kino.

Start with a handshake and holding onto it for a moment or two too long. When you want to make a point, tap her on the shoulder/arm. When you are talking, place your hand on her knee for a second or two. Always be trying to find ways to push the boundaries. If she gives you resistance, back away two steps and start over.
