We've all been there, or at least some of us have. You develop feelings for a girl and they just push you aside. Normal Seddit ideals tell us that it would be best to move on and forget about it, try to find another girl because we are the prize. Don't get me wrong I do this as much as the next reader of this subreddit, but I'll be the first to admit that it can change if you meet someone that you develop feelings for and want to have more than a good couple of dates with or a hook up.

That happened to me. To save you all from a long story I'll take out a lot of the small details. I met a girl a couple months back and we quickly became friends. I started to get feelings for her almost immediately and wanted to try to make a move. I was looking for awhile to make the classic good guy moves (this was before I found seddit) only to push me farther into friendship. There have been a couple nights where after drinking we would end up kissing and nothing more, except one night where we almost hooked up but she thought it was better if we didn't. The beta me was ok with it because "showing that I'm a nice guy can only win me points right?"

I found seddit over Christmas leave and have to say this short amount of time here has actually increased my game, and I thank you guys for that. Since then I've tried throwing in some ideals of calling her out on shit tests and trying to show that I'm the prize by hanging out with other girls. None of this has worked though for my original goal of dating the original girl. I was wondering if you guys had any insight in this at all. Sorry for the long write up and thank you for reading.
