I wasn't a fan of the arms crossed thing. Also, she never squared up to you and her feet were pointing away showing disinterest. I think when you start like that, but if you can get her to face you directly, it is a definite IOI.

Just some basic critiques:

Do you always stand so far away when you open? Seems strange to me. Also maybe it's my personal style, but I didn't sense much humor/self-amusement coming from you. I think incorporating some of that might make these sets go smoother.

The crossed arms probably doesn't help your cause. Makes you look a little timid.

Anyway, you were handed a GOLDEN opportunity by the homeless guy. You can say to the girl, "Here, come with me... Man, had to get away from that guy he was creeping me out. Anyway, blahblahblah."

And of course your cameraman would know to abort mission.
