Alot of people do not pay attention when they are just walking around one think you can do is a little motion in there peripheral vision, my psychology teacher suggested doing a double take, that little head motion grabs there attention as they sense you just double taked at them. I still need to put it in the practice myself, think I will do it today, and report back tonight. afternoon shift working in a mall ;)

Nope.

Women have a wider range of vision than we do and their brains are lightning fast at this sort of thing. Far faster than ours. She always sees you before you see her.

When you even glance at a girl, she is acutely aware of it. Even when you think you're out of her field of vision.

So all those girls who aren't making eye contact with you simply don't want to. Those aren't the girls for you. Probably only 1 out of 200-250 women you see will want to make eye contact with you. Unless you're Brad fucking Pitt.

1 out of 200 is plenty though.

Eye contact in and of itself is pretty enjoyable. I think of it as pico-romances.

Here's how:

Pay attention to your surroundings. Casually scan the faces of people walking the opposite direction wherever you are. When you're inside, look around from time to time.

Women do this constantly.

And sometimes when you casually scan your surroundings, your eyes will just kinda lock on another pair of eyes that are doing the same thing. If you like what you see, smile or otherwise acknowledge her.

But I never approach a girl upon eye contact unless I was walking that way anyway. I just continue whatever I was doing. Usually within a few minutes they'll come to you, albeit indirectly.

Especially at a concert or in a bar.

Whenever you notice that a girl you previously made eye contact with has ventured within an arm's reach of you, you have a very narrow window of opportunity to speak. She is risking what she will perceive as rejection so it would be unkind not to reward her efforts.

In my country I get no smiles at all, but hair flicks are very common, then come cloths adjustments and rarely the lip-toungue-thingy (don't know the word now).

I also don't get "double looks".

What I found out that works nicely is that you don't look at her when you are getting closer, eg you notice a hot chick in the distance then you look a bit away (to the side) from her. Then as you get near to her your eyes should dart to her: you can catch them staring at you this way because they think you are looking at some store window or whatever :)

That little glance is enough! Trust me. She likes what she saw. Girls have great peripheral vision, she definetly saw you enough before you're little non verbal interaction. She knows you're looking at her. She could easily not look (the unfortunate 90%), but she wanted to get a better look at you. If she just glances and nothing more, then there's like a **90%~~ 95% chance it's an IOI.

Work on your looks to get stronger reactions from the 10%, and to convert part of the other 90%. Hit the gym, eat well, dress as fly as you can (this is about style, not spending money), consider a new haircut and different facial hair and find what works for you.

I find this eye contact thing really applies to mostly night game, singles events or maybe social dances/classes. The women are actively looking for a partner to team up with. Most women are just lost in thought about all the crap they gotta do during the day. We can't read too much into it during these times. I don't see it much attention like that during the day either.

Why are you so focused on this? Someone who is doing a lot of approaches and talking to every he can wouldn't have been asking this.

Remember that a large % of girls are in relationships in some way. Quite a lot of them turn off completely when they are in relationships.

I just practiced this past week using this technique. I'm a noobie, and got lots of girls smiling back at me, intently. And I'm a long haired hippy metal head looking dude lol, I just didn't know what to do/say afterwards because I was so flustered!
