Is it normal that I cannot hold eye contact to women for a very long time while doing the talking? I would like to look straight into their eyes but when I’m sharing a story, my eyes tend to wander in order to gather my thought. Most of the time I break my eye contact first because I want to focus on my thoughts and have no energy to think about if I’m winning her in the eye gaze contest. Is it normal or it’s just because I’m not confident enough? I have no problem looking at them until they break eye contact while listening, so I suppose I’m confident enough?
