How are you going to find her? Did you get her full name?
You could add her, like you said there isn't really a downside, but I doubt it will get you anywhere. I've never found Facebook to be a very good platform for building attraction personally (maybe I'm wrong though).
If there is a chance you'll see her again at the local bar I wouldn't add her, just get her number next time you see her. If you really like the girl though and you think she liked you too, go for it.

Oh. I got her name. We figured out we have mutual acquaintances tonight, so I just typed it in the search bar and it was the first option.
I'm thinking of just messaging her: Hey, it's sureilikedags aka the guy who's better than you at pool. I just realized I didn't get your number. Mine is 555-555-5555. Message me yours. You deserve a rematch.
How's that sound?
And don't worry. I'm not freaking out or one-itis-ing. I just figure I've got nothing to lose so I might as well give it my best shot.

Go for it. You've no other option and if she ignores you or things fizzle out without meeting up in person, it'll be exactly the same result as if you never contact her.
