For me the key to being confident is just not caring. I like myself. I like what I do. I know what I'm capable of. I don't need anyone else to value me as anything specific. I'm ugly as fuck but I'm happy with who I am, so if I like someone I'm gonna flirt. If they feel it and they flirt back we'll see where it goes. If they don't not a problem at all. I don't care what they think of me, I'm just being me and doing what I like.

Put yourself in that same state you did as when you were a waiter.

Get yourself BACK in that frame and you are still a waiter and you are serving her the best dish, YOU.

Stop trying to game and just generally talk to women normally to build confidence. You rejections are killing your self esteem and making things worse.

Personally I think cold approach is dead. You can get women other ways.

Confidence comes from being comfortable with yourself. First find out what you don’t like about yourself. Then cross off things you can change such as height, skin color, eye color (although contacts exist lol), etc

Then find out how to improve things you don’t like about yourself. But know that your good enough, even right now. You have a lot to offer!
