Its easier said than done, but just dont think about what to say, LISTEN to what she say and respond to her. If she talks and u are just thinking about what the next funny thing or topic you should say then u wont have a natural conversation...and akwardness awaits you. It goes always sooo smoother than you think, just dont think too much. Good luck

That comes naturally,if u think about it too much it will feel forced. take her for a walk, i usually like walks in the park and u can gently put your hand on her lower back to guide her where to go.

First off go to a busy bowling alley. You might have to wait for a lane, so you can sit down and talk for a while during the wait.
Sit close to her and start with light touching of her wrist/arm/shoulder on certain points or when you emphasize something. Definitely be in the moment and don't make this mechanical...touch her when you want to for the most part, show her you want her. Of course don't overdo it. I then like to brush my leg against hers during conversation and eventually leave it lightly pressing later on in the convo which then leads to me sometimes touching her thigh with my hand on certain points of emphasis.
When your lane is ready guide her by her lower back here and there.
Then when you actually start bowling you can touch her leg whenever (sitting down on the couches, what alley doesn't have them??) and later spank her ass as she goes to bowl a new frame :) Don't forget to give her a little shit for sucking if she does...and go for the kiss whenever you feel the intensity between you is high!

Conversation threading. Pick up on topics that she says within what she's saying, and then tell a story or opinion you have that relates to that, just let it build itself.

When I first started dating I would drink a lot of coffee before hand to help me have the energy and focus to make good conversation. Just try your best to relax, have a few beers or something

Personally, I think one of the most overlooked things about dates is actually having fun. Have some fucking fun! It's state transference! If you're being overly analytical, trying to escalate whenever possible or trying too hard to gauge her buying temperature or whatever, you're not having fun, and chances are, she's not either!
Beyond assessing your value (which occurs subconsciously), the girl wants to be with you if she has a fun time whenever she's with you. Condition this: Make her attribute you with fun - she come back to you time after time.
Everything flows better when you're having fun - Threading conversation, kino, push-pull... it all feels a lot natural.
