Its easier said than done, but just dont think about what to say, LISTEN to what she say and respond to her. If she talks and u are just thinking about what the next funny thing or topic you should say then u wont have a natural conversation...and akwardness awaits you. It goes always sooo smoother than you think, just dont think too much. Good luck

When I first started dating I would drink a lot of coffee before hand to help me have the energy and focus to make good conversation. Just try your best to relax, have a few beers or something

Personally, I think one of the most overlooked things about dates is actually having fun. Have some fucking fun! It's state transference! If you're being overly analytical, trying to escalate whenever possible or trying too hard to gauge her buying temperature or whatever, you're not having fun, and chances are, she's not either!

Beyond assessing your value (which occurs subconsciously), the girl wants to be with you if she has a fun time whenever she's with you. Condition this: Make her attribute you with fun - she come back to you time after time.

Everything flows better when you're having fun - Threading conversation, kino, push-pull... it all feels a lot natural.
