Party started at 4pm with the Friday beer bash in my office (fuck yeah my office is awesome). "Talk to everybody" mode ON! Stories flying here and there. Mood is set for the evening.

Fast forward to 10pm. Met my two friends (a guy and a girl) at the usual bar. Both are students in their last semester. Right from the bartender to the bouncer to the kitchen guy everyone knows me at this bar.

This may be relevant but all 3 of us are from India and I have not seen (a lot of?) FRs posted by Indian guys.

My female friend is especially shy and I have the best tactic to get talking to girls. Guys, do this if you can. Take a very close female friend with you to show social proof and get talking to girls.

I Approach an HB6 and an HB8 (later found out HB8 is sorority queen. meh.) at the counter

"Hey, my friend wants to know a good sweet girlie drink but she is kind-of shy" and pulled in my female friend

It felt so easy to open this set like it is natural. Fuck yeah!

I talked to the girls for a while and my friend bought the same drink as what HB6 bought. No #close or k-close yet.

We went back to our table and talked about my friend's recent love-life developments and our table was the most happening and laughing of all. Girls were constantly turning heads and looking at us.

A while later I went back to HB6 and HB8. A few drinks down and at this point I just want to have fun.

"My friend is too shy to be a wingwoman and I want to talk to those two Asian chicks (both HB8) over there. Come be my wing-women"

They were totally caught off-guard and we started plotting ways of opening them. I knew that I could just go over and talk to the Asian chicks but I wanted to have fun. When you don't care of the result everything is so much fun. The rest of the world is for your entertainment. Feels awesome. (Thanks TofuTofu)

"What is your name?" HB8 asked

"Sam (I was totally bluffing). And you are Alice and you are Mallory" I gave them fake names, called myself Sam. Total DHV. Did not give a fuck about what their names are. The rest of the night HB8 kept asking me my name and I kept brushing it off. I danced with them for a while.

"What's with the flashy necklace?" I asked HB8

"Oh it is $5000 bucks" she said

"Yeah 5000 Zimbabwe dollars I guess. But it is nice" she laughed like crazy

Push-pull I guess.

I kept opening sets using my female friend as a bait. Girls take it so easily.

"My friend really likes your scarf. Where did you get it?" Blah blah blah.

Fast forward to 12:30am

2 girls (HB6 and HB9) and a guy are very drunk. They come start dancing at our table with shots in their hands and cheering Steelers.

We join in and I kino the hell out of the HB9. The guy was an AFC and was trying to get himself hooked-up with her. Not today mate, sorry. We danced with them for a long while and talked all kinds of shit.

HB9 had just broken-up because her bf cheated on her. We both cursed him at the top of our lungs and cheered the Steelers on. I asked the bartender to make us a shot pitcher and she made the best one that she always makes for me, FREE! Yeah! Social proof ftw!

HB9 kept saying "You are smart and handsome and you make so much money! Will you come with me to the Symphony?". The money part was brought in by her HB6 friends saying there is no money in Arts (they are both students in Arts). I told them I am an Operating Systems major.

Now I made a mistake. First time sarging; I am learning. I went in for the kiss with the HB9. She backed off saying

"I am not that kind of girl" and I said "I never said you were". Very beta! Seddit, whats a good response here?

She gave me her number and asked me to take her to the symphony. I messaged her late at night asking if she reached home in one piece she replied "hmmmm yeah I did get home".

Her HB6 friends was barfing like crazy and the guy was also very drunk.

So much for now. I will update when I ask the HB9 out for the symphony. I actually like this girl.

Thank you seddit. Without you I would not have had so much fun.

My female friend is going crazy seeing such drastic changes in me.

My aim today was to have fun and not get numbers or f-close. I think I succeded :)
