Trying to understand a calibration point.

A woman seemed very interested in person: visibly flustered, kept extending conversations, reacted whenever I was around, and said some version of “we should make plans” about five times. We exchanged numbers.

A few days later I asked her to meet one-on-one and gave her two specific options. She replied warmly and gave legitimate reasons she couldn’t do either, but didn’t suggest another day or say “another time.”

The invite was slightly more date-like than the casual activity we originally discussed, so maybe that changed the frame.

Do you treat no counteroffer as low interest regardless of how interested she seemed in person? Or could this just be hesitation after realizing it was a date?

My instinct is to reply, “No worries” and leave the next move completely to her.
