Hello reddit,

I'm seeking advice with my current situation at my work place. I work in a frozen yogurt self served type of place in a downtown setting. One of our neighboring stores has a girl working who always comes into my store after her shifts. I feel that there is a mutual attraction between the two of us. I just always feel stuck when I see her because I feel like I'm in "work" mode. Is there any advice to work around this mentality?
