So I found this girl I've been crushing on from work on a dating website. I'm trying to decide if it's better to message her on the website, or say something to her in person at work. We don't necessarily work in the same department at work anymore, so interactions there are limited. I have suspicions that she may like me, but I'm just not sure which avenue to take.
