Disregarded 18 y/o HB10 bartender at my local spot for a few months then her ass made me need to ask her out. While dangerous for a local spot I still had to # closed. I used strategic compliments (which she seems desire for) and not negs to win her over.

Question

It is has been a while since I went out with a HB10 this young. Does texting-game change with young women? As well as where would I take her? Note* live near north Dallas Tx so pretty much near everything.

Scenario
She works at my typical happy hour place. I am aware that this could spell for the worst in continuing to go there, but I think it worth the risk. She has been working there for several months and have pretty good rapport with her. I never made a sign of interest, flirted, or gawked at how attractive she looks - just chatted. I really didn't see any point in trying to pull a bartender at this place considering the scene and number of people who hit on her. So I would use this place to discuss business strategy with some coworkers as well as just regular BS talk. My coworker does flirt and portray stereotypical behavior. I enjoy the view but have always been introverted by heart even though everyone would describe me as extroverted without much thought.
Kate has given several indicators that she is at least more interested in our group than the rest of the crowd when we're there. I didn't act on the opportunity in the past, mostly chalking it up to being 'we're regulars that tip well and don't hit on her so she likes to chat with us'. She kind of gave me the cold shoulder for a few weeks I'm assuming because i showed so little interest. But I didn't let it bother me because we were there for different reasons than just her - cool off from work, strategize, and to enjoy the diverse view. My coworker and I would always get into deep discussions about life and work so it probably gave off the vibe that we couldn't care less that they were all scantily clad.
So we went last week after not being able to go for about a month and I noticed that her ass was looking amazing... The best I had seen in a long long time - i'm an ass man. She was still giving me the cold shoulder, skipping over my group or being brief with just the drink refill and on her way. After seeing her butt, i knew that i could not sit idly by - it was that good to me. A while back she told me she did cheer leading just as a hobby so I asked her if she had been how many hours a week she hit the stair stepper (knowing that she most likely doesn't) which she confirmed my assumption, so i followed by saying that she had to be Cheer Leading waaay more often. She said she hadn't been any more than she had previously and asked why - to which i said that her ass was looking amazing and that she needed to keep doing whatever she was doing (it wasn't due to wedges or heels - she was wearing her regular get-up) giving her the quintessential "not-bad" impressed face. She smiled and appreciated the compliment - remember I never really gave her a compliment more than if I like her attire she chose for that day. After this compliment her cold should started to decrease, coming by a little more often. Seeing this immediate change just by giving her a compliment I could tell she really liked being complimented if not by anyone at least by me. So using a old and rarely usable technique, I'm lucky and have have lived all over the world when I was young so I took a coaster and wrote on it "#1 Ass 5 Countries 5 States" signed it and gave it to her (now this only works if they are openly flaunting a part of their body and it is actually very high quality in addition to having traveled to several places - I've used this very successfully twice about a year apart from each other). She took it and was super excited, tried to carry it around in her outfit but couldn't make it stay, I saw her carry it around for maybe couple of minutes before taking a picture of it and putting it away. I left it at that for the night knowing i would be back the following week and so would she.
So Yesterday, see her again and she still hasn't completely warmed up to me yet. So, knowing that she really enjoys compliments i'm looking for an opportunity. As Kate is making a drink in front of us a guy next to me says "pretty good view sitting here huh" I said, "Absolutely, Kate is a very attractive woman" being sure that she could hear me over the crowd. I definitely broke some barrier because she wearing an even better outfit and comes up complaining that her boobs are too small adjusting her skimpy top. Fishing for compliments. Definitely not the smoothest of lines, but I said "Well, they keep falling out so clearly they are not as small as you think" giving a half not bad that said I like what I see look. Can't recall what she said after that but she went back to doing her thing. About an Hour later I told that I need her to make more of my drinks than the other girls (for true reasons) that she makes them better (read less soda more alcohol). At this point I think i could have # closed. However I didn't at that point because she was busy with other customers. So when she comes by again, I asked her if I gave her a coaster last time with a compliment on it? She got a huge grin and shook her head no. This woman loves compliments... So I write her a new one saying "Dear Kate, You are a big part of why we come here" and had all of my coworkers sign it. She carried it around in her outfit for 5-10 mins before stashing it. Seeing that she has become much more receptive and loves compliments or to be wanted the next couple of times she is walking around the bar I let her catch me checking her out - Not being caught is something I'm pretty good at so it's a first for her to see this from me. She immediately needs to know whats up and what i'm looking at so I tell her she just looks so gorgeous i got distracted. She liked that a lot so I pulled out my phone labeled her contact name as "Kate aka #1 ass" gave it to her and she laughed at what her name was and put her # in without hesitation.
