So, I'm really new to this process and have started getting comfortable opening. However, I'm having trouble building attracting during the interaction. I can get as far as the hook point to keep a girl talking with me, but my "nice guy" persona is still around enough to scare me from actually escalating and creating tension, although I am getting better slowly.

Anyways, I set up a date with a girl off of Tinder. We agreed to meet at a bar close to both of our jobs and have a drink. She's kinda cute, probably a HB6.5-HB7, so I figured this would be a good opportunity to practice building attraction and creating tension.

We meet and sit down, and I position myself so we're sitting on a bench side by side. Conversation begins slowly with the usual, "what do you do?", "What's that like?", and I begin to throw in some teasing while keeping steady laser eye-contact with her.

Eventually, as she's talking I start to put my hand on her arm to emphasize something, or when I suddenly "remembered" something. I kept doing this until it was part of the interaction. I continued to escalate, and I noticed she began responding by softly hitting me after teasing her. And then the IOI's started flowing in, she started throwing her hair behind her shoulder while tilting her head to expose her neck to me every couple of minutes.

We were having a good time, and at one point we were joking about something and I grabbed her hands and was pretending to keep her from doing something (i forget) and then I pulled back but I kept talking while my hand was now on her leg. Now I was focusing on building really obvious sexual tension, by keeping strong eye contact and smiling, even when there was nothing being said.

I got the vibe that she was a little nervous kissing since there were a lot of people around, so I suggested we move to a different location. We paid and started heading to another bar, and the whole time we were just having a good time. In retrospect, I probably should have kissed her while we were moving, but I'm still learning.

We get to the second bar, and we order our drinks and keep teasing each other having a good time. But now, I knew I had to really escalate and get a makeout. She had curly hair and it was pretty sexy since it was sort of a "sexy messy". So I say, "your hair is nice, I kinda want to just get a handful and pull" while I said this I moved my hand towards her neck and smoothly grabbed her hair from behind her head and pulled. She just stayed quiet and looked at me, once again I knew I could have probably kissed her here but I think she was a little nervous too since she was a little shy with other people being around us to see. By this point, I just really wanted to build the tension so high that we just had no choice but to kiss, so during a lull in the conversation I would just keep eye contact and smile while I looked at her lips, and she would look at my lips and say "what?" while she giggled. It was working...

We stepped outside to leave, and she said she had to go home because she had an early meeting at work the next day. So we hugged, but I slipped my hand around her neck and went for the kiss, and we made out right there in front of the bar for a few minutes.

TL;DR: Focused on building attraction and creating sexual tension, probably missed a few makeout opportunities during the date but k-closed at the end.
