Hey guys, I'm a total newbie to this whole PUA thing. Most recently I've read Mark Manson's superb book "Models: Attract Women through honesty". I haven't done a whole lot of studying beyond that book and watching a bunch of Simple Pickup videos on youtube. Then I said OKAY Let's go have some fun!

Attempt 1 (doesn't get far): Spot super cute girl getting off bus w/ me, at my stop. She had her earphones in, so I tapped her on her shoulder and motioned for her to take them off. She kinda had this annoyed frown/scowl on her face (women in NYC do this way too much), so I just beamed a big smile at her and said confidently, "Hey I noticed you on the bus a min ago. Thought you were cute so I just came to say hello. I'm Jimmyayo." In the next 2 seconds, her scowl changed to an embarrassed smile. We chat for about a min or so, pretty nice. As our directions diverged, I said "hey let's grab a cup of coffee sometime". At this point I got rejected - she said she's got a serious bf, and she's actually on her way to meet his parents. No worries - we parted ways amicably, and I think she appreciated that I told her directly that she was cute. I think my (failed) first attempt w/ this girl actually helped me gain a bit of confidence and momentum for my 2nd approach, 2 days later.

Attempt 2 (2 days later - gets VERY far): On nyc subway platform, waiting for train. Spot another cute girl - seemed like a reserved Asian girl. Go up to her and ask her if she always takes this commute. She says yes. I asked her how she liked it, because I just started doing this commute and thought it really sucked balls. She laughs, After 1 min. into convo, I ask for her #. She gives it to me. Subway train arrives, and we get onto train together. Couldn't find 2 seats together so I asked her to just stand by me. Everything seemed to be going smooth - till she said she has a BF. I quickly smile and reply "Perfect! He can watch my dog while you and I go hang out". She giggles. During 20 min subway ride we talk the entire time, great conversation. We get off the same stop (I actually got off at her stop, 1 stop before my own) - "wow, what a coinkidink! Same stop!" I exclaim. She agrees. At this point, she's a bit late for work but I say "Let's grab a quick coffee." She says sure, why not. We get bagels and coffee and hang out for 20 min. Pretty huge IOI I thought.

(later that same day)

We actually texted a little back and forth that same day. Not sure if I'm breaking any rules but fuck it, I knew she liked me. I get out of work early, at 3pm. Apparently she did too. I tell her I have to meet some friends at 7, but want to do a pre-game drink. She's down! So I get her to meet at a bar by my apt, and it's GAME ON!!! She gets buzzed off 2 drinks, goes into serious issues that she and her bf are having, leaning into me, talking about some deep personal shit. The whole time I have my hand on her lower back, I let my leg rest on her leg, and she's fine w/ it. I try to comfort/console her.

After those 2 drinks (about 1 hr), I tell her I need to grab something quickly from my apt, and ask her if she wants to check out my apt. She agrees.

She exclaims how much she loves my apt bla bla, it's so spacious for NYC, bla bla. I pull her into me rather dominantly and go in for the kiss. She kisses back, hard. My hands start probing her body. She actually grabbed my hand and fondled her breasts w/ it. It quickly escalates to a F-close. All in the same day.

This was last week, and we've met up twice this week already (once to just chill, walk, coffee), and another time for something more...intimate =)

So I can't quite believe this shit...I'm sure a part of this was luck and timing. But a LOT of this I owe to this awesome community and Mark Manson's book!

BTW - I'm in nyc, and hoping that the local NYC sedditors will get some more traction w/ meetups and sarging events.
