Went out last night to a bar had a couple of fun encounters but I realized I need to close more.
1 - Two girls sitting next to me in a bar lounge area. Opened them solo, chatted for a bit but nothing escalated. Conversation was a bit dry and I sensed interest was low. Looking back on this one I could try to add more playful fun to this to get more engaging.
2 - Started talking to a girl at the bar. She was pretty responsive escalated a little bit and was a fun playful conversation. She ended up having to go back to her friends and I let it go. Looking back I could have either asked for a number or try hanging out with her friends.
3 - Two girls one guy at the bar. Talked to the dude first, then with the girls for a bit but conversation died off. Looking back I engaged the guy more by challenging him then building rapport. Should remember to focus with that for groups of girls with guys.
4 - Group of 7 girls sitting down. Some random dude pointed them out to me and I took him over and opened them. Found out one of them was the bachelorette. Messed around and did some kino/guessing games/hand holding. Wasn't super interested but I realized I should've asked for a number or something.
5 - Girl sitting at the bar by herself. Opened her, tried to guess things about her. Lots of kino. She ended up asking for my age (I think she was a little older than me). Asked for her number but she said no so I let it go. Not really sure what I could have done here, maybe escalate harder.
In summary, I should focus more on ecalating harder and closing. I feel like I'm usually just keeping the conversation rolling and I don't think about what to do as an end game.
Also, giving my phone and asking for the number always seems somewhat unnatural. Taking out my phone, pulling up contacts, handing it to her etc. It feels forced when I'm doing it for some reason.
there doesn't seem to be anything here
